This is a live site in edit mode, At the top you have a tool bar which allows you to turn edit mode off, change the lanuage of  your site (if setup) and log off completely.

The content of the site is broken into what we call idea units, which is like the way a Tabloid paper is set up. These individual units have a id button, once clicked allows you to edit text / pictures or add more id units in.
